Mr. Mock has worked in the electrical engineering consulting profession since 1993.  He holds a professional electrical engineering license and is registered and certified in several western states.  He oversees and manages company operations and has extensive experience in the design of lighting, power distribution, medium voltage, and unit substation systems.  Other areas of expertise include system analysis, value engineering studies, design-build contracting, and construction administration.

Mr. Kumar has thirty-six years experience with HVAC and plumbing system design.  He holds a professional Mechanical engineering license and registered and certified in several states throughout the United States.  He is responsible for engineering, design, specifications and state energy (T-24) calculations and value engineering for building systems in the areas of HVAC, Plumbing, process piping, comfort control systems, covering residential, institutional, industrial, commercial, healthcare and retail in California and other states. Mr. Guthrie has worked in the mechanical and plumbing engineering consulting profession since 1978. Mr. Guthrie provides project management, mechanical and plumbing engineering design for Commercial, Industrial, Retail, and Institution, Residential and Food Facilities projects throughout California. Mr. Bour has worked in the MEP engineering consulting profession since 2007.  Mr. Bour provides project management, MEP engineering design for Commercial, Industrial, and Institution, Retail, Private medical clinics (OSHPD Approved), Residential and Food Facilities projects throughout California.  Mr. Bour is our key personnel and assisting in all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering system design in our firm.  Mr. Bour is our director of Revit/BIM (MEP) engineering department.
